FIELD: bore-hole drilling machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this relates to device intended for replacement of cutting member of earth drill in field conditions and for replacement of drilling heads or/and reaming drills intended for taking earth samples. Drilling member for connection with lower end of earth drill has tubular component and accommodates installing facility located in periphery over circumference of inner wall of tubular component for installing cutting means of earth drill in working position for cutting. Installing facility has successive surfaces of such configuration and positioning relative to each other which ensure sliding of cutting means with respect to aforesaid component in cutting position at lifting of earth drill and its lowering to bottom of bore-hole.
