FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry and can be used in production of reinforced concrete and concrete monolithic structures for construction of buildings at accelerated rates of erection and performance of works at low temperatures. Method of high-speed erection of monolithic structures of a building in conditions of low temperatures includes preliminary preparation of concrete, placing of concrete in heated formwork, holding of concrete at temperature of +20 °C, and heat treatment of concrete is carried out at temperature 65–80 °C with heating conductors 2.5–5 kW per 1 m3 concrete, wherein isothermic heating of concrete is carried out for at least six hours at temperature of 70–85 °C at electric power 1.2–2.5 kW per 1 m3 concrete.

EFFECT: method is developed for high-speed set of 100 % strength of concrete in monolithic structures of buildings due to control of temperature mode of concrete heating and power of heating wires in process of its hardening at erection of structure in conditions of construction site at low temperatures of external air.
