FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: as per to the control method of thermal treatment of solid-cast concrete and reinforced concrete structures in warm concrete form, temperatures are measured during the entire periods of heating up, active heating, and concrete cooling in the concrete frame determining achieved there by strength and active heating end point. The novelty of the method is that prior to the star of heating up, one of pre-installed programs of heating up regiments of the deck is selected and value of concrete strength by the end of active heating is set on power conditioning and control boards, stationary fixed on each of the base boards of the warm concrete form. Then during the entire period of heating up, active heating and concrete cooling in the form, temperature at the boundary of concrete juxtaposition with the working surface of the base board of the warm form is measured at set intervals, received temperature is compared with limitation-parametres of the deck heating program and heating parameters of heating up, active heating and concrete cooling down are adjusted by switching on and switching off power supply of the base board of the warm form. End-point of the active heating is determined on the bases of calculation by temperature-time factor on condition of practically achieved or predicted strength by the point of cooling down to safe concrete-air temperature difference or predicted strength by preset time.

EFFECT: improved technological effectiveness of operation of the warm concrete form and production of solid-cast structures there in directly on construction site.
