SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for cleaning weapons, removing scale, deposits of copper, zinc, tombac, nickel silver. Weapon cleaning composition includes the following components: ammonia of aqueous or organic amines of up to 50 wt. %, oxidant in amount of up to 5 wt. %, surfactants up to 20 wt. %, complexing agent up to 10 wt. %, distilled water - balance. Composition is also used as a gun barrel cleaner. Composition can be used in form of liquid or foam.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of efficiency of weapon cleaning from deposit and the specified deposits of copper, zinc, tombac, and nickel.
