Proposed pedestrian bridge includes coastal pylons interconnected by flexible links and adjusting devices, at that, it is equipped with roadway elements, adjusting devices are represented by winches, roadway elements are installed on flexible links, and ends of flexible links are installed in winches, with possibility of changing degree of tension of flexible links, at that flexible links with roadway elements can be installed above water, under water, on boundary of water and air, in ice thickness or on ice surface.

EFFECT: technical result is improved convenience in use.
