FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Agrochemical concentrate intended for pest control contains: i) at least one structure-forming agent, which is a polyol C4-C16 ester dicarboxylic acid; ii) a surface-active adjuvant; and iii) optionally at least one agrochemical active and/or nutrient; and where the surface-active adjuvant is selected from polyoxyethylene C12-C15 alcohol, C8-C10 alkyl polysaccharide, castor oil polyoxyethylene, polyoxyethylene mono trimerate diethylethanolamine, polyoxyethylene sorbitol oleate or polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, wherein the concentration of the surface-active adjuvant is greater than about 50 % by weight of the entire concentrate. Agrochemical composition is formed by concentrating the concentrate. Structure-forming agent is intended for use in agrochemical concentrate. Disclosed is a method of treating vegetal cover for controlling pests.
EFFECT: invention enables to structure concentrates with low water content, suspend solid particles in a non-aqueous surface-active adjuvant without negative effect on the viscosity of the end product.
