SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in information transmission systems. In the method of generating hybrid phase-shift keyed signals (HPKS) by serial concatenation of radio pulses from a digital sequence, a control pulse sequence is generated in accordance with a predetermined rate of manipulation. Then, manipulating radio pulses are generated on the basis of harmonic oscillation and Gauss wavelet of the first order, which in accordance with digital sequence are supplied to the key device, at the output of which the resulting HPKS is obtained.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of formation of hybrid phase-shift keyed signals without nonlinear multiplication operations, which simplifies technical implementation of devices based on it.
