SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to rehabilitation, and can be used for complex treatment of metabolic syndrome in patients with accompanying climacteric, sideropenic and depressive perimenopausal syndromes. For 5 weeks, 10 sessions of 40 minutes are performed in the Spectra Color SPA System. One capsule of 50 mg of the Ferretab-comp preparation and 500 ml of freshly prepared dietary and phytotherapeutic smoothie is taken daily, with the following ratio of components, wt%: banana fruits (20 %), cocoa powder (5 %), defatted milk (70 %), hemp flour (2.7 %), flax flour (2 %), and finely ground powder of officinal herbal medicines – camomile blossom flowers (0.1 %), red clover grasses (0.1 %) and common St. John's wort herbs (0.1 %).

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness ensured by the complex administration of the preparation Ferretab-komp and smoothie and sessions in the rehabilitation chamber.
