FIELD: medicine; gynaecology; rehabilitation treatment.
SUBSTANCE: method includes a complex effect in form of general cryotherapy (GCT) and inhalation therapy procedures with a xenon-oxygen mixture (XOMT) in the following mode. XOMT procedures are carried out in the morning with a break of 2 days, for a course of 5 procedures, at the beginning of each procedure, xenon and oxygen are simultaneously supplied to the breathing circuit for 2 minutes, completing the procedure by supplying 100% oxygen for inhalation for 1 minute in intermittent mode: for each 2-3 breaths of 100% oxygen 2-3 breaths of normal air by the patient. In this case, during XOMT procedures, the following concentrations of gases in the xenon-oxygen mixture are used. On days 1 and 2 of XOMT concentration of xenon and oxygen in % is 30:70, respectively; on the 3rd, 4th and 5th days of XOMT concentration of xenon and oxygen in the mixture in % is 40:60, respectively. GCT procedures are carried out in a cryocapsule lasting 2 minutes, alternating with XOMT procedures according to the following scheme: on course days 1, 4, 7, 10, 13 – XOMT, on course days 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 – GCT. Moreover, in the first two GCT procedures, the general cryotherapy temperature is minus 120-130°C, lowered taking into account the patient’s subjective tolerance, and from the 3rd procedure the temperature is minus 140 -150°C taking into account the patient’s subjective tolerance. The total duration of treatment is 13 days.
EFFECT: method ensures rapid elimination of psycho-emotional and autonomic disorders in women with CS who do not take MHT, from the second or third procedure of a course of 13 procedures, with a longer preservation of the achieved stable condition of patients at the end of the entire course, without the need to repeat it throughout the year, including through short interval oxy-hypoxy training of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems with intermittent supply of 100% oxygen at the end of each XOMT procedure.
