FIELD: methods and devices for metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrospark processing and can be used for electrospark doping of surfaces of current-conducting materials, in particular blades of steam turbines. Device contains an electrode installed in the cavity of the electrode holder, having a branch pipe for connection to the cooling agent source and made with possibility of connection to the supplying electric wire and reciprocating movement with the electrode. Device also has a detachable head, which is connected to a base rigidly connected to the housing of the air motor. Electrode holder is rigidly connected to link, made with possibility of free movement in groove base of detachable head, edges of which coincide with edges of link, and depth is equal to thickness of link. Link is made of a dielectric material and has an ellipsoidal hole, the major axis of which is perpendicular to the movement direction of the link. At the end of the shaft of the pneumatic motor, an inner bearing race is rigidly fixed, the centre of which is shifted relative to the axis of the air motor shaft by an amount of eccentricity, and the external bearing ring is configured to move along the inner surface of said ellipsoidal opening during rotation of the air motor shaft, bearing and part of link are closed by cover with groove, along length and width coinciding with groove on base of detachable head, and on housing of pneumatic motor there is lever, which is made with possibility to control valve, which regulates supply of compressed air through branch pipe in pneumatic motor.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of manufacturability of assembly and disassembly of device, having small weight, and reduction of dynamic vibroexposure to operator hands with increase in device performance.
