FIELD: technological processes; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process equipment for electrochemical machining, in particular to the precision machining of cavities of dies and molds, feather turbine and compressor blades, using pulsed current, an oscillating electrode-tool. A device for electrochemical processing by pulsed current with a periodic change in the interelectrode gap contains a frame where the guide rails of the rolling carriages are mounted with a movable hollow quill and a feed drive consisting of an engine and a traction device in the form of a screw-nut pair, at that an electromechanical oscillator is fixed on the bottom of a hollow quill, consisting of an engine and an eccentric shaft, its neck is covered by bearings of the connecting rod head, and the compensator sleeve is rigidly fixed to the rod. Device is equipped with a second hollow quill carrier supporting the electrode holder and configured to move along guide rails common to the rolling carriages of the hollow pintles fixed on the frame. Second hollow quill upper end is tightened with the flange of the sleeve-compensator ensuring the placement of the sleeve-compensator in the second hollow quill.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy and performance of pulsed electrochemical treatment with an oscillating electrode tool.
