FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Device comprises a sensor for detecting dough pieces, a sensor for setting workpiece parameters control cycles, located in the transporting mechanism of the mesh conveyor, wherein outputs of said sensors are electrically connected through control circuit with electric drive of intake device, and control circuit comprises memory trigger and output amplifier, wherein the detector for detecting the dough pieces is located at the outlet of the sampling device, and its output is connected through the number of billet count counter to the input of the electric drive control circuitry of the electric drive of the sampling device, wherein single output of memory flip-flop is connected to output of sensor for setting test cycles of test parameters of dough workpiece. Counter of dough pieces comprises shift register, number of workpieces switch and "OR" circuit, which input is connected to output of shift register, and output is output of counter and connected through switch of number of workpieces to setting input of corresponding shift of shift register.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce power consumption due to expansion of functional capabilities of the device based on discrete transportation.
