FIELD: footwear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a waterproof and breathable shoe, which contains an upper part assembly covering an area of foot introduction and connected, in its bottom area, with a sole; at that, the top assemblage contains a first part designed similar to the top; and a second portion, which is substantially a structural insert, configured as a prefabricated insole for the first portion and extending to at least a foot portion of the foot; first part comprises at least one waterproof part consisting at least partially of a waterproof and air-permeable functional element comprising a solid sheet-like structure, made of polymer material impermeable to water and permeable for water vapour, constituent for first part of structural layer of top of waterproof and breathable boot; wherein at least one functional part of said functional element has a thickness such that its penetration resistance is greater than about 10 N, evaluated according to the methodology given in chapter 5.8.2 of ISO 20344-2004.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of heat exchange between internal and external microclimate.
