SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a percussion type method and device for generation of wave energy. Proposed device comprises floating body, transmission mechanism, rotary shaft and generator. Besides, the device comprises a cable connecting the floating body with an anchor support, a rotating shaft installed in the middle of the floating body, a movable rod connected to the rotating shaft and rotating around it, an impact piston fixed on the lower end of the movable rod and accelerating transfer of the transfer mechanism for conversion of bidirectional rotation into unidirectional rotation.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at creation of simple and effective device and method of wave energy generation.
