FIELD: electric power generation by using wave energy. SUBSTANCE: plant has floating frame holding electric generator and floats mounted on horizontal shaft. Parallel trestles with shaft supports are mounted crosswise on pontoons which are spaced apart. Each shaft carries floats in the form of hollow half- cylinders mounted with minimal clearances and provided with additional weight and three-dimensional projection. Closest parallel shafts are intercoupled through gear transmission. Shafts arranged along same line either side of pontoon and carrying generator driving mechanisms are also intercoupled and have common gear transmission, reduction unit, and generator. EFFECT: improved power capacity. 5 cl, 4 dwg
