FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of molds and rods from sand-and-liquid-glass mixtures hardened by thermal drying. Mixture contains, wt%: liquid-glass binder 4.0–5.0; liquid waste of chemical cleaning of zinc plated steel cutoff from zinc coating in form of water solution of zinc chloride 3.0–6.0; refractory filler – balance.
EFFECT: improved knock-out of the mixture while preserving the technological characteristics of the mixture at the required level.
