FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling spent chemical current sources (batteries). Proposed system comprises intake bunker, reactor, pumps, evaporator and intermediate tanks connected with shredding machine. System is also equipped with a gas boiler connected to the reactor for water heating, which is intended to achieve the specified saline content of hydrochloric acid brine in the reactor, a flotator, a reverse osmosis system, a precipitation filter, two valves with drives, a cabinet with a control panel and a control unit equipped with a controller, Proportional proportioning unit with pH transducer of brine and connected with one of valves to control batching of hydrochloric acid into reactor by pH level of brine in it.
EFFECT: high quality of the recycling process by reducing emissions and ingress of minute particles, aggressive and hazardous substances into the environment and low power consumption.
