SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. In the first embodiment, the storage system for a motor vehicle comprises a floor panel, a storage compartment located above the floor panel, a storage compartment located under the floor panel and a tonneau cover. Tonneau cover moves between the storage position in the storage compartment and the use position in the storage compartment. According to the second embodiment, the storage system for the motor vehicle comprises a receiver for receiving and holding the tonneau cover in the storage position under the floor panel. Trunk of a luggage compartment for a motor vehicle comprises a housing, an opening and a mesh for storage covering the opening. Housing has first and second parts. Second part is telescopically arranged in the first part. Housing is installed in stretched configuration, in which second part passes from first part, and retracted configuration, in which second part is pulled into first part.
