FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: device includes an organic EL panel and the panel drive circuit. Moreover, the organic EL panel includes a plurality of light emitting units, the charge generation layer, a pair of electrodes, a transparent substrate, a sealing substrate, a sealing element, light-gaining layer, the heat radiating plate. In this case between the sealing substrate and the negative electrode provided with a gap, which is filled with a filler (desiccant, an inert gas or silicone oil). Couple electrodes where both are transparent electrodes. Light-gaining layer is placed between the negative electrode and the heat radiating plate.
EFFECT: reducing the size and weight of the structure.
