FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to a method for preparation of a stimulator for presowing treatment of seeds of crops. Content is extracted from the central amaranth root in range of 3.3–3.5 g, placed in 10 ml of ethyl alcohol and settled at 25–27 °C for 17–18 hours in an open container. Prior to treatment of seeds, obtained solution is mixed with water in ratio 1:4, and during vegetation crops are treated with 0.3 % aqueous solution of prepared stimulator.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain an environmentally safe product for stimulating plant growth and development.
