FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vortex sonoplasmochemical device for treating liquid media, which can be used, for example, in water conditioning systems for disinfecting water, sea and waste water. Proposed device comprises housing, inlet branch pipe, resonator chambers with vacuum zone to swirl fluid flow therein and to generate elastic oscillations propagating in fluid flow direction, providing cavitation in fluid flow, tubular anode and cathode, inlet gas mix feed nozzles and outlet nozzle.
EFFECT: invention provides combined action on liquid media accompanying ultrasonic cavitation effects and specific plasma properties inherent in plasma.
