SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in agriculture. Disclosed is a method of protecting safflower plants from root rot in the conditions of the Lower Volga region, involving the use of a tank mixture for presowing treatment of seeds. When dressing the seeds in an aqueous working solution in amount of 10 l/t, Wincite is 1.5 l/t and Fertigrain Launch is 0.5 l/t.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced development of safflower diseases by root rot.
