FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of natural bitumen, heavy and high-viscosity oil. Method of oil production includes formation of near-borehole zone with high permeability due to injection into the near-borehole zone of working input agent (WIA) in form of water with temperature higher than 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, generating WIA high-tech oil in the borehole zone with subsequent extraction thereof, then successively performing three cycles of thermochemical impact, each of which includes three successive steps. At first stage of first cycle, injection is performed WIA in form of water with temperature higher than 593 °C and pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, saturated with Fenton's reagent. At the second stage of the first cycle, injection WIA in form of water with temperature from 380 to 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa with subsequent extraction at the third stage of this oil cycle. At the first stage of the second cycle sequential injection WIA, consisting of water with temperature from 380 to 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, saturated with Fenton reagent, which consists of hydrogen peroxide and catalyst in form of iron ions II or III, and WIA in form of water with temperature higher than 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, saturated with hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen peroxide inhibitor, or WIA in form of water with temperature from 380 to 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, saturated with hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen peroxide inhibitor. At the second stage of the second cycle, injection WIA, consisting of water with temperature higher than 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, or WIA, consisting of water with temperature from 380 to 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, with subsequent extraction at the third stage of this oil cycle. At the first stage of the third cycle sequential injection WIA in form of water with temperature higher than 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, saturated with hydrogen peroxide, or WIA in form of water with temperature from 380 to 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, saturated with hydrogen peroxide. At the second stage of the third cycle, injection WIA, consisting of water with temperature higher than 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa, or WIA in form of water with temperature from 380 to 593 °C at pressure from 23 to 50 MPa with subsequent extraction at the third stage of this oil cycle. Technological complex for oil production includes water treatment plant, generator for water production with pressure higher than 23 MPa and temperature higher than 593 °C, a column of heat-insulated tubing string (TS), container for storage and dispensing of treated water, 30–40 % hydrogen peroxide, water saturated with a catalyst in form of iron ions II, water saturated with a hydrogen inhibitor, WIA, working input agents. Compensator of thermobaric changes in length of tubing string is built in tubing string. Outer surface of compensator has possibility of tight contact with inner surface of casing pipe.
EFFECT: higher oil recovery of formations, formation of high-permeable in-situ retort, constant recovery of permeability in the borehole zone.
