FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of managing database systems (DBMS). Disclosed is a DBMS management system which provides clients with interaction with databases containing data and metadata. System comprises a subsystem for constructing a graphical logic model of a domain, a subsystem of a unified user interface and a cloud subsystem. Unified user interface subsystem, in its turn, has a module for creating and controlling display of information, an autogeneration module of screen forms, a module for creating links between displayed elements, a module for creating a unified user interface. Separation of business processes into an independent set of modules for designing and processing formalized descriptions of business processes in standard BPMN2. Transferring control tasks of the user interface tasks and interaction tasks with external systems to the business processes alienated from the system core.

EFFECT: wider range of technical means aimed at creating a system and method of controlling a DBMS, which provide the following capabilities: constructing a graphical logical model of a domain, providing access to DBMS data through a subsystem of a unified user interface client-server, enabling separation of data through a subsystem of the cloud.
