SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to a geoportal platform for managing spatially distributed resources, which includes software and hardware subsystems located on servers and interacting with each other and users' computers through communication channels of a computer network. Said subsystems include a spatially distributed resource management network operating on the basis of a set of Internet of things devices, and a geoportal system, including spatial data visualization subsystems, comprising a digital map program module, subsystem for administering a geoportal system, comprising interfaces for manipulating spatial data within a normalized relational interactive storage, subsystem for interactive generation of reporting documentation, a subsystem for integration with external systems, comprising a module for connecting devices of different types into a single system of a network for managing spatially distributed resources, subsystem of interactive analytical processing, comprising a software module for visualization of consolidated information on a digital map and in a tabular form, a process automation subsystem comprising a tool for programming automation triggers within graphical user interfaces. Geoportal system also comprises a multi-model data storage.

EFFECT: faster control of large arrays of spatial data on static and dynamic geographically distributed objects.
