SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a garment treatment device, and more particularly to a garment treatment device for direct heating of a clothes placement drum. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a garment treatment device is described, comprising a tank, a drum made from metal, which places clothes and is arranged to rotate inside the tank, and an induction module located on the tank at a distance from the peripheral surface of the drum, for generating an electromagnetic field for heating the peripheral surface of the drum, wherein the induction module includes a coil which is formed by winding the wire such that electric current is supplied thereto to generate a magnetic field, and base casing installed on external peripheral surface of tank, besides, casing of base contains socket for coil, to form coil shape so that wire is installed in it to have specified distance between wire and wire.
EFFECT: device for clothes processing is proposed.
