FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to cardiology, and can be used in automatic mode for diagnosing patient's heart condition by electrocardiographic examination of a patient in screening or emergency and emergency care. Diagnosis of the heart condition is suggested, which is carried out by analyzing output signals of neural networks, trained for recognition of direct and reciprocal signs of MI in ECS of 12 common leads, and construction of decision rules. That is ensured by the following: separation of the left ventricular surface into regions for which the revealed direct and reciprocal signs of myocardial infarction (MI) correspond to a specific stage and a specific type of MI by the depth of the lesion; determining the stage of MI and the type of MI by the depth of involvement by heart; determination of localized infarction of the established stages.
EFFECT: invention provides a diagnostic conclusion on the patient's heart condition, in which in the presence of myocardial infarction (MI) of the left ventricle of the heart, its localization is indicated, stage of development (peracute, acute, subacute, cicatricial) and types of cardiac wall involvement (transmural, subepicardial, subendocardial) as well as complete and accurate evaluation of patient's heart condition irrespective of doctor's level and experience of its operation.
