FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. To realise the method the following actions are performed. Performed are automatic taking of elecrocardiosignal (ECS) of patient in three standard, three augmented and six chest leads, its registration, digitisation and analysis, formation during ECS analysis of taken data code successively in all leads. After that carried out are isolation of cardiosignal, combined ECS analysis and selection of combined ECS analysis result. During combined ECS analysis in all leads realised are detection of ECS signs of MI and evaluation of heart condition by results of ECS analysis in amplitude-temporal, frequency-temporal and amplitude phase regions, as well as by results of neuronet analysis and complex contour ECS analysis. In selection of result of combined ECS analysis majority rule is used.

EFFECT: method allows to carry out differential diagnostics of myocardial infarction and its complications in automatic mode by data of electrocardiographic examination of patient during screening or under conditions of first aid and acute care.
