SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and represents a method of complex treatment in pyometra and endometritis in dogs, comprising administering on the first day of treatment with closed pyrometer Alizin subcutaneously once in the wit area at dose of 10 mg/kg of body weight, after opening of uterine cervix or with open pyometra and with purulent-catarrhal endometrium from 3 to 7th day of treatment of Cloprostenol intramuscularly in dose 1 mcg/kg of body weight once a day; from 1st to 7th day of Metrogyl treatment intravenously drop-by-drop 15 ml/kg of body weight once a day; from 1st to 7th day of Ringer-Locka solution treatment intravenously drop-by-drop 10 ml/kg of body weight once a day; on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th day of treatment together with Ringer-Locke's solution Haemobalans intravenously drop-by-drop 0.05 ml/kg of body weight once a day; on 1st–7th day of Derinat treatment, intramuscularly 1.5 mg/kg of body weight once a day; from 1st to 7th day of Ceftriaxone treatment intravenously 40 mg/kg of body weight once a day in dilution 1 g of preparation per 10 ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution, wherein the method of treating the preparations is carried out simultaneously with the use of quantum therapy by the Rikta^® apparatus – MB of power 10 W per exposure – projection of ovaries, projections of horns and body of uterus, projections of adrenal glands once day for 10 days with exposure time of 5 minutes for each zone and variable frequency of laser radiation.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced length of treatment and higher efficiency of conservative therapy.
