METHOD FOR APPLYING COMPLEX INTENSIVE CARE TO BURN PATIENTS SUBJECTED TO COMBINED ACTION OF STRESS PROTECTION PREPARATIONS, ADAPTOGENOUS PREPARATIONS AND INTRAVENOUS LASER IRRADIATION OF BLOOD Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2155608 C2

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying the following way of treatment to heavily ill patients at burn shock state. Solutions are infused into central vein during the first 6 h of CWD. The solutions are Dalarginum 1-2 mg, Instenon 1-2 ml/day, Actovegin 500-1000 mg/day, 10% Mildronate 4- 6 ml. After achieving positive values of CWD, 0.01% Clophelinum solution is infused through the second system in the amount of 0.5-1.5 ml (at a rate of 0.4mg/kg/h) at the same time. Intravenous laser blood irradiation is carried out with helium-neon laser having output power of 2 mW during the second 6 h into the central vein. After therapy patient being taken out of burn shock state, Clophelinum is cancelled. To continue the neurovegetative protection treatment, 5% Pentamin solution is injected at a dose of 0.3-0.7 ml 4 times a day for 14-35 days, infusion of solutions is carried out with Dalarginum 1-2 mg in 1-2 ml once a day during 7-14 days, Instenon 1-2 ml/day during 7-14 days, Actoveginum 500-1000 mg once a day during 14-35 days, 10% Mildronate 4-6 ml once a day from the first to fourteenth day. Intravenous laser irradiation blood treatments are carried out as a course of 5-7 treatments during 7-10 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; avoided adverse side effects.
