SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in gas industry in order to reduce power consumption of natural gas treatment. Method of processing natural gas with high content of acidic components involves a number of steps. Content of the acidic components in the raw natural gas in amount of 19 mol%. and more and the ratio of carbon dioxide to hydrogen sulphide is greater than 1.7. Absorption purification of separated natural gas from acidic components and mercaptans with absorbent regeneration and production of sulfur-containing acidic gases is performed in two steps. At the first step, hydrogen sulphide is extracted selectively from the separated natural gas. At the second step, carbon dioxide and mercaptans are extracted. Step for drying the purified natural gas is realized by absorption drying or low-temperature separation of natural gas using the step for producing propane cold. At stage of thermal utilization of wastes, additionally sent acid gases, evaporated from containing dissolved hydrogen sulphide condensate, extracted at stage of separation and accounting for consumption of raw natural gas. Expansion gases, acidic desorption gases, as well as weathering gases and condensate formed at the drying stage, water steam is used as heat carrier for regeneration of absorbents at the stages of absorption cleaning and drying. Invention solves problem of developing energy-saving method of processing natural gas with high content of acidic components.
EFFECT: disclosed method provides interrelation of power flows of various stages of natural gas preparation.
