FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and aims at treating a thermal burn of the cornea. Ointment contains biologically active substance 6-methyl-3-(thietan-3-yl)uracil, wherein as an ointment base contains Vaseline and lanolin, taken in ratio 9:1. Components are used in claimed amounts.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in thermal burns of the cornea.
