SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to industrial preparation of antiseptic preparation for medical purposes. Claimed is antiseptic preparation, which includes nanoparticles of tempered silver in amount from 0.01 to 0.05 wt %, base, represented by viscofluid substance and water in amount not more than 5 wt % of preparation weight. Also claimed is method of obtaining said antiseptic preparation in form of stable hydrosol based on distilled water. Obtained antiseptic preparation, containing dispersed silver nanoparticles, can be used in ophthalmology, ENT, dermatology, dentistry, surgery, urology, obstetrics and genecology, and combustiology.

EFFECT: group of the inventions provides manufacturing and application of products for medical purposes in form of antiseptic hydrosol and gel-ointment preparation for processing respectively mucosal and skin surfaces of human body.
