FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, specifically to a method for combined hydrogenation treatment of plant and oil raw materials to obtain jet fuel. Disclosed is a method for combined hydrogenation treatment of plant and oil raw materials, involving hydrodeoxygenation of raw materials, wherein ratio of plant and oil raw materials is 5.0–35.0:65.0–95.0 wt% respectively, plant raw materials are represented by a lipid fraction extracted from microalgae with content of oxygen-containing compounds of up to 85 wt%, and the oil stock used is atmospheric gas oils boiling within a temperature range of 150–380 °C, process of hydrogenation processing is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, the raw material is subjected to hydrodeoxygenation and hydrocracking in the presence of a pack of catalysts: an alumino molybdenum catalyst for hydrodeoxygenation and a nickel-molybdenum catalyst of hydrocracking based on aluminosilicate or high-silica zeolite, further, rectification of obtained hydrogenated product with extraction of kerosene fraction boiling inside temperature range 150–300 °C, and residue, which is directed for mixing with initial raw material, and separated after rectification kerosene fraction is supplied to second stage of hydrogenation processing, where its catalytic hydrodewaxing and hydrotreatment are carried out in the presence of a catalyst system consisting of an aluminum-nickel-molybdenum hydrodewaxing catalyst and a hydrotreated molybdenum catalyst on a zeolite support, wherein the obtained product after stabilization is removed as a jet fuel.
EFFECT: possibility of involving into the composition of sulfuric atmospheric gas oil boiling out in the temperature range of 150–380 °C, and simultaneous exclusion of valuable food oils and fats from the raw material – they are replaced with lipids produced from algae, non-food oils, which significantly expands the raw material base for production of jet fuel, at that, direction of rectification residue for mixing with initial raw material makes it possible to carry out non-sufficient processing of mixture of plant and oil raw materials, and obtained jet fuel is characterized by high quality, and technology itself – high efficiency.
