FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of devices relates to instrument-making and can be used for remote monitoring of operability of means of measuring parameters of mechanical oscillations, mainly high-temperature objects. System comprises two devices – a measuring-amplifying unit and a recording unit. Measuring and amplifying unit includes a piezoelectric vibration transducer mounted on the object, a cable communication line with an end connector, as well as an amplifying-converting unit, a reference voltage source and a low-pass filter placed on the board installed in the end connector. Cable communication line connects the output of the piezoelectric vibration transducer through the input resistor with the inverting input of the differential operational amplifier, which forms the basis of the amplifying-converting unit. Recording unit includes a power supply, an output voltage divider, an AC voltage recorder, a three-channel two-position switch, a storage unit, a comparator unit, a fault indicator and a test signal source. Test signal source in the operability test mode of the complex is connected through the third output terminal of the end connector and the low-pass filter capacitor to the non-inverting input of the differential operational amplifier. Placing in the end connector at a considerable distance from the measurement object sensitive to high (low) temperature radioelectronic elements of the measuring-amplifying unit leads to exclusion of their thermal contact with the measurement object and, respectively, to expansion of operating temperature range when measuring vibration parameters, which in this case is determined only by operating characteristics of used piezoelectric vibration transducer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of remote verification by determining compliance of output parameters of the piezoelectric vibration transducer and amplifier-converting unit to the set values when exposed to a test electric signal.
