FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument-making and can be used for remote monitoring of operability of means of measuring parameters of mechanical oscillations of objects. System comprises two devices – a measuring-amplifying unit and a power supply unit and recording measurement results connected by a three-wire cable line to an end connector. Measuring and amplifying unit includes a piezoelectric vibration transducer installed on the object, in the housing of which there is a piezoelectric transducer and a board with an amplifying-converting unit and a reference voltage source. Reinforcing conversion unit is based on differential operational amplifier, inverting input of which is connected to signal output contact of piezo transducer, and output is connected to base of transistor of structure p-n-p. Operating differential of the differential operational amplifier is selected using a reference voltage source connected through a low-pass filter resistor to the non-inverting input of the differential operational amplifier. Power supply and recording of measurement results comprises direct current source, output filter, alternating voltage recorder three-channel two-position switch, storage unit, comparison unit, fault indicator and test signal source. Test signal source in the operability test mode of the complex is connected through the third output terminal of the end connector and the low-pass filter capacitor to the non-inverting input of the differential operational amplifier.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of remote testing of operability of measuring device.
