SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of printing industry. Design of printed maps is carried out by a client on a central terminal, wherein each card is encoded with a unique accounting number and a secret code is attached to it, each personal card is blocked from unauthorized access by assigning an activation code thereof, which is transmitted to the client, and printing of personal cards on their blanks is carried out on the peripheral terminal selected by the client, connected to the central terminal by communication lines, accounting number and secret code of each card is printed in form of a dynamic QR code, containing also a reference to a certifying center storing multimedia information for each card, after printing, personal cards are sent to the client, for unlocking of which the client uses the activation code located at his disposal, at that, for personal cards printing, blanks are used, each of which is made in the form of sheet of flat shape, on which the blanks of personal cards are molded with through slots, and their connection with sheet-workpiece is carried out due to webs available between slots.
EFFECT: high quality of making personal cards by completely eliminating the procedure for cutting a card from a blank after printing.
