FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of optimizing selection of light fuel distillates during primary distillation of oil, in which laboratory analysis of samples of oil to be treated is carried out, samples are accelerated into narrow fractions, subjecting them to compounding and determining in wt%: oil yields outputs of fuel distillates with preset quality indices, as well as yields of fractions with temperature limits obtained as a result of conducted compounding. When using mathematical software taking into account a given assortment of light fuel distillates and their amount in% by weight of oil, the potential of the sum of light fuel distillates for the given oil is found, it is compared with the current value of total extraction of light fuel distillates obtained under the same conditions on the actual plant, and efficiency factor of this plant is determined. During laboratory analysis, compound kerosene distillate outputs are determined additionally by way of compounding with minimum possible temperature limits of boiling-out and corresponding output of summer fuel distillate.
EFFECT: increase of summary yield potential of light fuel distillates.
