FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-scale installations using local raw material resources to satisfy local petroleum product needs. Objective of invention is to provide effective, environmentally safe, reliable, and easy-to-use fuel-production unit employing no explosive and fire-risk tubular stoves and separation of feedstock into fuel fractions on rectification columns. New engineering solutions providing required quality regarding accuracy in separation of fuel fractions obtained is intensive separation of heating-dispersed vapor- liquid stream on curvilinear surface in centrifugal field of phase separator, which field is by many times superior to terrestrial gravity, followed by continuous stripping of liquid phase to remove low-boiling hydrocarbons in evaporator by overheated vapors of effluent phase during 0.5 to 1.5 h.
