SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, particularly to the rotorcrafts designs. Vertical take-off and landing vehicle comprises a frame with an electric motor, a reduction gear, two vertically fixed helical helicoid with variable pitch, a seat for accommodating a pilot operating an aircraft, angular reduction gears, a handle rigidly fixed on the frame. Frame with screws is attached to the support frame by means of a hinge joint. Storage batteries are arranged on suspension frame under pilot seat. Electric motor is provided as the main driving force for rotation of the propellers. In addition, internal combustion engine can be used, which can work separately or together with electric motor.

EFFECT: higher stability, strength and safety in use.
