SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the designs of VTOL aircraft. The VTOL and straight flight aircraft includes small independently operating electric motors with rotors located at a certain distance from each other on tubes, forming independently operating propulsion systems (PS). The PS are located at a certain distance from each other and the longitudinal axis of the aircraft. Each small-sized main rotor is connected to a small-sized independently operating electric motor, and the tubes are fixed on a load-bearing power platform-frame. Small-sized independently operating PS are installed inside the screens on the beams of the common frame and/or on the tubes.

EFFECT: improved controllability and maneuverability of the flight, increased safety of take-off and landing of the aircraft.
