SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Manual electric device for skin care includes a body made for hand grip, first and second (20) external electrodes and power source located in the housing. First external electrode is placed on the housing and is in contact with the hand while holding the device in the user's hand for use. Second outer electrode (20) can be placed on the area of skin subjected to care, and is located on one side of the body. Poles of the electric power source are electrically connected to the electrodes during operation of the device. Body side wall is provided with electrically driven vibrator (15) configured to transmit vibrations to housing side wall together with second electrode (20) to provide, during operation, intense massage effect on skin promoting expansion of pores. Vibrator (15) is fixed nearby the second external electrode (20), it contains an electric motor and a cam fixed on its shaft. Housing is flat body and has lower side formed by lower wall of housing, and upper side. Second outer electrode (20) is located on the lower side of the housing and occupies this lower side almost completely. First outer electrode is in contact with the hand while holding the device in the user's hand and is located along the periphery on the outer edge of the upper side of the housing. On the upper side of the housing there is a display and a button for selecting a care program.

EFFECT: provides for treatment of large areas of skin with good contact between skin electrode and skin without necessity to increase pressure on body.
