SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises two-girder frame with support wheels and tree-point suspension system. Frame girders accommodate working tools representing posts with feet arranged staggered. Said posts are arranged on the frame girders at blunt angle to motion direction. Knives are arranged to revolve and represents flat sharpened disks. Said disks are furnished with detachable lay-on arc-like welded blades of right-angled trapezium shape. Said blades are attached to knives by threaded brackets furnished with turners made of anchor chain pieces.
