Relay circuit includes first 1, second 2, third 3 and fourth 4 receiving relays (sensors) of corresponding settings, decoder 5, first 6, second 7, third 8, fourth 9, fifth 10, sixth 11, seventh 12, eighth 13, ninth 14 and tenth 15 OR logical elements, first 16, second 17, third 18, fourth 19, fifth 20 and sixth 21 logical elements AND, first 22, second 23, third 24, fourth 25, fifth 26, sixth 27, seventh 28 and eighth 29 logical NOT elements, delay element 30, first 31, second 32, third 33, fourth 34, fifth 35, sixth 36, seventh 37 and eighth 38 short pulses generators, first 39 and second 40 memory registers, memory unit 41, first 42, second 43, third 44 and fourth 45 fault indicators of corresponding channels and bus RESET 46, fifth receiving relay (sensor) 47, ninth logic element NOT 48, ninth 49 and tenth 50 short pulses generators, eleventh 51 and twelfth 52 logical OR elements, fifth 53 channel failure indicator.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities, which consists in improvement of validity of output information by introduction of diagnostics functions of measuring part and channels of relay settings and correction of information in case of failures along five channels.
