SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in communication systems using a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexed (OFDM) symbols by selecting a plurality of transmitted data for a plurality of regions; and frame transmission. To this end, multiple areas are identified by means of at least one time resource from resources and at least one frequency resource from frequency resources. Frame includes a first period during which the preamble is transmitted, and a second period during which a plurality of transmitted data is transmitted by at least one of time division of channels and frequency division of channels. Second period includes a first region and a first region includes a data symbol formed from first transmitted data, a data symbol formed from second transmitted data and following a data symbol formed from first transmitted data, and a dummy character after the data symbol, formed from second transmitted data.
EFFECT: technical result is increased transmission channel capacity.
