SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to steam-and-gas thermal power plants. Technical result is achieved by a heat power steam-gas plant, comprising a gas turbine plant, a waste heat boiler, a steam turbine plant, a condenser, a condensate and nutritional pumps, a system of regenerative heaters, a deaerator, wherein the combustion chamber of the gas turbine plant is gas-connected to the gas turbine via a gas cyclone connected to the ejector via its nozzle, the ejector mixing chamber is connected in pairs to the high-pressure section of the waste heat boiler, ejector diffuser is connected to the steam turbine, connected via the selected pair with the regenerative heat exchangers and the deaerator, according to the exhaust steam with the low-pressure boiler and the low-pressure section of the waste heat boiler, wherein gas cyclone housing is equipped with inlet tangential branch pipe, steam discharge branch pipes, gas mixture and condensate, respectively, inside gas cyclone housing there is a central pipe with diameter equal to dT, connected to steam outlet branch pipe, before entry into which at distance Δ there is an adjusting cup with diameter dC.

EFFECT: invention can be used for combined production of electric energy and heating of network water in heat supply systems.
