At the same time, steam consumption through the reduction-cooling unit (RCU) is reduced, which is used only for the direction of the reduced steam to the deaerator of the heating system for deaeration of the chemically cleaned make-up water of the heating network, and increase the steam flow into the flowing part of the steam turbine, and also reduce the steam extraction Network heaters and increase the steam flow into the "tail" part of the low-pressure cylinder of the heat-recovery steam turbine.
EFFECT: increasing the electric capacity of the binary combined-cycle plant of a combined heat and power plant.
