FIELD: valve manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a three-way valve. Three-way valve comprises a valve body, in which as a single element there formed is input for input of network water, the first outlet, which is made with possibility to supply the system water supplied through the inlet, to the heating zone. Second outlet is configured to supply the system water fed through the inlet to the hot water heat exchanger. First valve element is made with possibility of opening or closing for selective opening of either the first output or the second output. Drive assembly is configured to generate a driving force for opening or closing first valve member and second valve member. Second valve element is made with possibility, when pressure of supply water at the side of the first outlet is more than the specified pressure in the state, in which the first valve element opens the first output side and closes the second output side, bypass passage opening to ensure flow of system water to the second outlet and actuation independently of the first valve element.
EFFECT: creation of a valve, in which wear of the seal provided on the first valve element is prevented, and thus the wear resistance of the valve can be improved.
