SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to sanitary-engineering installations. Guide device comprises guide hose container configured to locate hose loop in a twist-free manner in a hanging position inside the container, and a structure of guide rollers comprising at least one guide cargo roller, made with possibility of insertion into hinge loop bending area for rotational movement around roller rotation axis. Guide cargo roller with its axis of rotation of the roller is made with possibility of translational movement in the longitudinal direction of the hose loop outward from the container with reduction of the hose loop length and inside the container with increase of the hose loop length. Device further comprises roller locking device configured to release guide cargo roller with respect to its translational movement in the release state of the roller and blocking the guide cargo roller to prevent its further movement at least outward from the container beyond the roller locking position in the roller locking state. Position of roller blocking is located inside container at some distance from outer outward relative to container of guide position of cargo roller. Extra extreme position relative to container corresponds to minimum length of hinge loop. Sanitary shower comprises a shower head assembly and a sliding hose, to which a shower head assembly is connected, as well as a guide device for a pull-out hose described above, designed to guide a pull-out hose.

EFFECT: possibility of controlled direction of retractable hose, as well as prevention of loss of guide cargo rollers from guide hose container.
