FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to child psychiatry, paediatrics, neonatology. For screening deviations of neuropsychological development in full and premature infants, risk factors are evaluated on the basis of neurosonography (NSG) data. That is ensured by considering the following values: presence of risk factors of perinatal involvement of CNS, prematurity, presence of changes on NSG, persistence and transientness of changes in NSG, nature of changes in NSG. In the absence of risk factors of the perinatal affection of central nervous system (PACNS) in a full-term child and the absence of changes in the NSG, normal development is expected. In the presence of risk factors of PACNS in a full-term child and transient changes on NSG of infectious nature - the child is included in a risk group with low probability of deviation in development, with other nature of transient changes - normal development is expected. If PACNS risk factors are present in the full-term child and the presence of persistent NSG changes - the child is included in the risk group with a low probability of deviation in development. In the presence of risk factors of PACNS in a premature newborn and the absence of changes in the NSG; the child is included in a risk group with a low probability of deviation in development. If observing the risk factors of PACNS in a premature infant and the presence of transient changes on the hypoxic NSG, the child is included in a risk group with a low probability of deviation in development. If observing the risk factors of PACNS in a premature infant and the presence of transient changes on NSG of infectious and hypertension-hydrocephalic nature - the child is included into a risk group with high probability of deviation in development. If observing the risk factors of PACNS in the premature newborn and the presence of persistent NSG changes, the child is included in a risk group with a high probability of deviation in development.
EFFECT: by using the diagnostic algorithm, the method provides effective detection of children with a high risk of developmental deviations for timely differentiated preventive and abilitation actions.
